Experienced Real Estate Attorney
Location: Atlanta, GA
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our real estate practice, you will play a critical role in advising and representing clients on complex real estate transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Represent developers, owners, and investors in structuring, documenting, and closing a variety of complex real estate transactions
• Provide counsel on commercial real estate financing, acquisition, disposition, and development transactions
• Work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and develop effective strategies to achieve them
• Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis of real estate transactions
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other documents related to real estate transactions
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably in a law firm setting
• Significant experience working on complex real estate transactions, including financing, acquisition, disposition, and development
• Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
