Job Description:
As a Relocation & Auction Specialist, your mission is to be the superhero of seamless transitions!

  • You’ll dive into diverse tasks like organizing estate sales, meticulously packing and unpacking, and assisting with resettling families into their new spaces.  Each day will bring a new adventure, a new challenge, and a chance to showcase your creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • You deliver excellent customer service, while safely ad efficiently helping clients downsize, relocate and liquidate.  Every day is different. You truly make a difference in the lives of our clients every single day.
  • We offer flexibility and part-time work on an as-needed basis, with no required or guaranteed hours. Perfect for stay-at-home parents, retirees, veterans, or any individual who would like to make extra income but doesn't require a consistent work schedule.

  Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Providing WORLD CLASS customer service to our clients and team!
  • Strong character and integrity with a professional attitude and demeanor
  • Preparing home for liquidations, online auctions and in-person estate sales
  • Photographing and writing descriptions for items for online estate sale auctions
  • Professionally packing/unpacking household goods
  • Sorting/organizing items for recycling, donation, disposal and cleanout
  • Regular attendance on assigned shifts, punctual and an attention to detail
  • Technical ability - work well on smart devices and apps for auction processing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
  • Ability to complete tasks and work in fast paced, changing environments
  • Physical ability - prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 lbs, working a dolly, hang items above 4 feet, carrying items to/from vehicles, outbuildings and in the home
  • Willing to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments
  • MUST have reliable transportation
  • Age 18 years or older with a valid drivers license
  • Must undergo pre-employment background check                                                           


 Job: Part-time to Full-time
Starting Pay Rate:  $16 an hour.  Pay increases in the first 90 days based on performance and productivity
