Job description

Brite Star is seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team with a Monday โ€“ Friday work schedule.

Job Description:
The Retail Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for greeting laundry and dry cleaning customers, checking in incoming orders, sorting and organizing outgoing orders, and checking out completed orders. Additional responsibilities include general housekeeping of work area.

Qualifications:
โ€ข Minimum of a high school diploma
โ€ข A positive attitude and ability to build rapport with customers
โ€ข Excellent communication skills โ€“ telephone and face-to-face.
