Job description

Who We Are 2UP is a brand new and exciting online casino and sportsbook. We are a spin‐off from one of the most well known brands that has been a principal sponsor of English Premier League football teams. Our focus is on the next generation of iGaming with an emphasis on cryptocurrency, original games, sports and esports for the global stage. The Role We are seeking a dynamic Affiliate Manager to drive the success of our affiliate marketing programs in the online crypto gambling space. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, manage, and grow a network of affiliate partners, focusing on increasing traffic, player acquisition, and revenue for 2UP. We believe in rewarding impact—your efforts will translate into real results with a clear, net revenue‐based performance bonus. Preferred Candidate We are looking for a performance‐driven SEO Affiliate Marketing Manager with proven experience in the online crypto casino and sportsbook industry. The ideal candidate has hands‐on experience working with SEO‐driven iGaming affiliates, including review sites, comparison portals, and content publishers. You understand how organic traffic is built, monetized, and scaled. You bring strong relationships with SEO affiliates who can deliver real traffic and FTDs, and you are comfortable operating in a results‐oriented, transparent environment. You are highly independent, commercially minded, and focused on long‐term affiliate value rather than short‐term volume. What You'll Do SEO Affiliate Acquisition & Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard SEO‐focused iGaming affiliates, including review sites, comparison platforms, and authority content publishers. Actively grow organic traffic channels that drive high‐quality players and sustainable FTDs. Affiliate Relationship Management: Build long‐term partnerships with SEO affiliates through regular communication, optimization discussions, and commercial alignment. Support affiliates with content guidance, landing page alignment, promotions, and conversion optimization. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze SEO affiliate performance, including traffic quality, player value, retention, and ROI. Optimize deals and placements based on performance data and long‐term growth potential. Commercial & Deal Negotiation: Negotiate Revenue Share, Hybrid, and CPA models, with a strong preference for sustainable RevShare‐driven partnerships. Ensure deal structures balance growth, risk control, and profitability. Campaign & Content Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align affiliate content, landing pages, and offers with SEO and conversion best practices. Coordinate promotions and campaigns that support organic visibility and long‐term rankings. Market & Industry Insight: Stay up to date on SEO trends, Google updates, iGaming compliance changes, and competitor affiliate strategies. Provide feedback on GEO performance, keyword demand, and content gaps. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear performance reports and insights for management. Communicate challenges, risks, and opportunities transparently. Operational Support: Offer hands‐on support to streaming partners throughout campaign cycles. Job Requirements Only applicants with relevant and proven work experience in the online crypto casino industry are considered. We respect NDA obligations; however, if NDA/confidentiality restrictions prevent meaningful discussion of relevant experience during the CV screening/interview process, we may be unable to continue with the application. Minimum 3+ years in iGaming affiliate marketing, with a strong focus on SEO affiliates. Demonstrated experience sourcing, managing, and scaling iGaming SEO review sites and content affiliates. Solid understanding of RevShare, Hybrid, and CPA models, with awareness of their risks and long‐term value. Familiarity with key GEOs and how SEO performance differs by region. Ability to evaluate affiliate performance using data and make optimization decisions. Experience with affiliate tracking platforms, reporting tools, and CRM systems. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‐paced, startup‐style environment. Able to manage multiple affiliates and priorities across global markets. Bonus Points Direct experience working with top crypto casino brands. Existing relationships with high‐quality iGaming SEO affiliates. Strong understanding of organic search, content monetization, and SEO fundamentals.
