General Information & Responsibilities
Black Hawk College seeks an ESL Instructor for our Adult Education Program.
Provide English as a Second Language instruction to improve students' English language skills and prepare them for cultural integration in the workforce and community.
Description of Duties
Prepare and deliver instruction based on textbooks and supporting materials. Administer standardized tests to measure progress.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required. Previous teaching experience or experience with ESL adult learners preferred.
Supplemental Information
Work hours are: Monday-Thursday 5:00-7:30 pm
Bachelor's candidates start at $26.88/hour. Master's candidates at $31.36/hour.
Black Hawk College does not sponsor employment visas.
