They are creators, architects, nurses, researchers, programmers, marketers, facilitators, developers, investors, and caregivers, all focused on making a positive impact on the lives of residents, their families and team members.

We are looking for aย high volume recruiter to join us on a temporary contract basis to support a ramp staffing for the grand openings of our new Senior Living community.

Location:ย This is a remote position that requires availability during EST or Central time. Travel will be REQUIRED for this role to support onsite job fairs.

You'll Have the Opportunity To:

  • Build and maintain a robust professional network of candidates actively working in the Senior Living sector to support immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Cultivate relationships to identify and engage top talent for current job openings, future roles, and referrals.
  • Utilize digital sourcing platforms, such as LinkedIn and Indeed, to source qualified candidates and strengthen the talent pipeline.
  • Stay up to date on the latest sourcing tools and technologies to implement efficient and cost-effective recruitment strategies.
  • Focus on reducing contract labor by recruiting permanent staff with long-term potential.
  • Follow well-defined and innovative recruiting strategies that help set ESL apart in a competitive market.
  • Clearly communicate all aspects of the job including compensation, benefits, work schedules, conditions, and the ESL culture, providing candidates with a comprehensive understanding of their potential role.
  • Leverage your expertise to create an engaging candidate experience that highlights our organizations culture and values.
  • Support retention and engagement efforts by collaborating with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless candidate journey from initial contact through onboarding and beyond.
  • Partner with hiring managers and regional team members to identify, select, and successfully onboard high-quality candidates.
  • Participate in intake calls, recruiting huddles, and cross-departmental meetings to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals.
  • Utilize Workable ATS to streamline the recruiting process, manage open requisitions, and oversee the candidate interview lifecycle.
  • Ensure accurate and organized documentation of candidate interactions, recruiting activities, and job positing accuracy.
  • Represent the organization professionally at career fairs and networking events, actively promoting the company's brand and mission to attract top talent.
  • Be adaptable and ready to take on additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in high volume, multisite Recruiting is required. Experience in Senior Living or Hotel/Hospitality is highly preferred.
  • Passionate about connecting people with their dream jobs and the ability to inspire candidates to see the value and fulfillment in our work.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability and commitment to professional growth by regularly tracking and exceeding KPI's and metrics, ensuring continuous progress towards achieving and surpassing recruiting targets.
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity for conceptual thinking and strategic problem resolution.
  • Exemplary professionalism with expertise in behavior-based interviewing, candidate evaluation, and talent selection.
  • Highly skilled in talent acquisition and retention, with a strong commitment to recruitment best practices and exceptional follow-up and communication abilities.
  • A degree in business, human resources, healthcare, or related field; bachelor's preferred
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in Human Resources, Full Cycle Recruiting, or related field
  • Proficient in MS office and other common computer applications
  • Prior experience in regional, multi-site, and multi-state healthcare recruitment preferred
  • Fluent in various recruiting tools, ATS (Workable preferred), and HRIS systems

Benefits

Compensation: $40-50/hour
