This Sales Associate (Duty-Free) Position Is For You, If You Enjoy:

  • Maintaining adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores and assisting in the daily operation of the store.

The Team is counting on you as a Sales Associate (Duty-Free) to:

  • Have open / flexible availability and be able to work mornings, afternoons & evenings on weekdays and weekends
  • Multilangual is a plus
  • Work a Part Time or Full Time shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevated customer interaction using the 6 steps of selling and service standards specific to the luxury category/brand
  • Exceed sales targets by consistently leveraging all available selling tools
  • Uphold elevated Visual Merchandising standards, both in the front and back areas.
  • Demonstrate ongoing enthusiasm for luxury retail or possess prior experience in this field.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand image.
  • Professionally interacts with all levels of management and business partners
  • Build customer loyalty through easy access communication and service
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, utilizing visual guidelines to sustain visual standards.
  • Know individual and store sales targets for every working shift.
  • Services multiple customers using outstanding Customer Service standards.
  • Responsible for name capture and customer relationship and after sales service.
  • Keep inventory organization and integrity in transactions while displaying all current merchandise at all times.
  • Effectively operate a cash register
  • Know basic store layout to assist customers in their selection of product and be able to answer customer questions about the entire store
  • Be knowledgeable and familiar with the surrounding businesses/offerings within the facility
  • Communicate pricing, out of date and inventory issues with management
  • Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise on store fixtures and displays
  • Assist with book inventory process (i.e., ordering, receiving, returns)

Required Qualifications:

  • Mandarin or Spanish speaking is an asset
  • Comply with company dress code.
  • Show passion and pride for The Brand in every area of responsibility.
  • Ability to lift at least 40lbs.
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience (high fashion and electronics accessory experience preferred)
