Location: Costa Mesa, CA - On-Site | Full-Time

Compensation: Very Competitive Base Salary $100,000 + Uncapped Commission + Sign-On Bonus Based on Book of Business

Experience Required: 5+ Years Escrow Experience Only

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a true professional who knows the escrow process inside and out and is ready to lead. If you have a small book of business, even better, we reward it.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage full escrow process from open to close for residential resale, refinance, and FSBO
  • Prepare escrow instructions, documents, and settlement statements with accuracy
  • Communicate professionally with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, and title
  • Manage timelines, clear conditions, and keep all parties informed
  • For Manager-level: Oversee branch escrow operations, mentor junior staff, ensure compliance and best practices


What You Bring - Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as an Escrow Officer - REQUIRED to qualify
  • Must have thorough knowledge of the California escrow process and DFPI compliance
  • Qualified to act as Escrow Manager per California requirements
  • Small book of business is highly preferred
  • Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and able to handle a busy pipeline
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
