Location: Springfield, Missouri
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000, depending on experience
Position Type: Full-Time | In-Office

NEW TITLE OPPORTUNITY – SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI

We are seeking an experienced Title Closer, Escrow Officer, or Title Agent to join a well-established and growing title operation in Springfield, Missouri.

This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable title professional who understands the closing process, enjoys working directly with clients and industry professionals, and takes pride in ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing
  • Coordinate all aspects of the closing process
  • Review title commitments, settlement statements, and closing documents
  • Prepare and/or review closing documents and disclosures
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other parties
  • Ensure all closing requirements are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Conduct or assist with real estate closings
  • Handle escrow funds and closing documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
  • Resolve title or closing issues as they arise
  • Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the transaction

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of title, escrow, or real estate closing experience preferred
  • Experience as a Title Closer, Escrow Officer, or Title Agent
  • Strong understanding of the residential real estate closing process
  • Knowledge of title commitments, title insurance, escrow procedures, and closing documents
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
  • Must be comfortable working full-time in an office in Springfield, Missouri
