Job description

The Account Manager is LoKation Real Estate's front line for the agent experience. This is a Customer Success type role. You're not just answering questions, you're building real relationships, proactively managing a book of business, and making sure every agent in your portfolio has what they need to grow their business here. You're the quarterback between our agents and everything LoKation has to offer.

Responsibilities

Onboarding & Welcome

  • Call every new agent to welcome them to LoKation and schedule their onboarding
  • Guide agents through their first days and weeks — tools, systems, resources, and introductions
  • Ensure onboarding is completed fully, not just started

Book of Business Management

  • Own a defined portfolio of agents as your primary accounts
  • Conduct monthly touch points with key agents to check in, identify needs, and deepen the relationship
  • Track agent activity and engagement — know who's thriving and who needs attention
  • Proactively re-engage dormant or low-activity agents before they disengage

Agent Experience Ownership

  • Act as the internal bridge between agents and departments like tech support, billing, and marketing
  • Escalate issues quickly, follow through to resolution, and close the loop with the agent

Family of Services & Revenue Capture

  • Introduce agents to LoKation's ancillary services — title, mortgage, insurance, and more — at the right moments in their journey
  • Track service adoption and referral activity across your book
  • Follow up to confirm agents are actually using what's available to them, not just aware of it

Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of agent interactions and engagement in the CRM
  • Report on onboarding completion rates, service adoption, and book of business health
  • Flag at-risk agents to leadership before problems become departures

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communicator — phone, email, and in person
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
  • Relationship-first mindset with a proactive approach
  • Organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Real estate experience is required
