UMB's Corporate Trust and Escrow Services is a nationally recognized and ranked provider of bond trustee and agency services to the corporate and municipal marketplaces. Our trust services reach beyond traditional offerings to servicing ABS, aviation, reinsurance and funeral trusts, while our agency business provides solutions for escrow and other transactional needs.Our team provides bond trustee and agency services to municipal and corporate/ABS issuers of taxable or tax-exempt debt. We also provide escrow-related, custodial and verification services to corporations, not-for-profits, partnerships, and other business entities and individuals.
The Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager role supports our Corporate Trust team by partnering with Relationship Managers and working with clients to deliver the unparalleled customer experience. This role is responsible for administrative support to existing corporate trust clients, responding to client inquiries, and providing overall assistance to the Relationship Management team including; compiling performance data, record keeping, coordinating activities with operations staff, working with custodian banks and client staff, and resolving administrative and operations problems. This role has the ability to expand in client contact and the complexity of tasks as well as participating in cross training to learn other Corporate Trust roles.

How you'll spend your time:


You will collaborate with Relationship Managers to provide administrative support to Corporate Trust clients.
You will use Microsoft products and UMB systems to maintain records and execute client request with a high attention to detail.
You will use your communication skills to interact with client teams and internal groups in order to identify and provide solutions.

Compensation Range:

$59,085 - $86,922
