In this role, you'll operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing high-level administrative and operational support to Escrow Officers while stepping in where needed to ensure continuity of service and seamless transactions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting complex transactions, and helping make the dream of homeownership a reality.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with strong escrow experience, adaptability, and the ability to quickly integrate into different teams - someone who is resourceful, dependable, and committed to excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up
  • Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
  • Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
  • Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience
