Established and growing boutique title company seeks experienced escrow assistant to support the end to end process required to reliably complete the purchase, sale, and financing of luxury real estate in Dallas/Fort Worth

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Organize and prioritize transaction requirements under direction of Escrow Officer
  • Coordinate timely, confidential, and clear communication between all parties
  • Assemble, prepare, and review closing documents
  • Establish escrow accounts by depositing funds and maintaining records
  • Support formal closing activities, either in-office or remotely
  • Disburse funds in timely, secure, and precise manner
  • Coordinate final closing documents

Experience, Education, and Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate commitment to exceeding stakeholder expectations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
