About the Role:

As a Loan Servicing Escrow Analyst, you will perform various tasks within the Escrow Operations department to ensure full compliance and monitoring of property taxes, insurance, and UCC filings along with the timely payment of real estate property taxes and insurance. The position will monitor overall escrow compliance on various CRE portfolios serviced by CBRE Loan Services.

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct analysis of escrow accounts in compliance with Lender requirements.
  • Ensure timely payment of tax payments to various third-party vendors and taxing authorities for escrowed loans.
  • Provide research and support to loan servicing team regarding escrow related queries.
  • Review Loan Closing Documents and setup to ensure escrow compliance with lender requirements.
  • Work with various taxing authorities across the US to review and correct any tax related issues.
  • Monitor UCC filings to ensure full compliance with lender requirements.
  • Utilize CBRE systems to review escrow data and run reports.
  • Assist in gathering documentation for audits and certifications.
  • Uphold CBRE RISE values and demonstrate excellence in work quality.
  • Adhere to standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate effective information exchange and mutual understanding within the team.
  • Pay close attention to details and timelines.
