Job description

What You’ll Do

  • Greet guests and manage check-in, waivers, and pre-game briefings
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Run games using Escapology’s in-room monitoring systems — provide hints, track progress, and ensure safety
  • Reset and clean rooms after each group; maintain puzzles, props, and decor
  • Assist with general venue operations, including cleaning, restocking, and organizing
  • Upsell merchandise and future game bookings
  • Collaborate with team members and management to maintain smooth, efficient operations
  • Represent Escapology’s brand values of fun, professionalism, and excellence

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Outgoing, friendly, and dependable personality
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
  • Availability on weekends and holidays (required)
  • Basic computer literacy and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

  • Previous retail, hospitality, or front-of-house experience
  • Customer service, sales, or event hosting background
  • Interest in puzzles, teamwork, and problem-solving

Training & Growth

  • Paid training period $10 per hour (up to 40 hours) with all necessary instruction provided
  • Uniform: Blue jeans, black or white sneakers, and company-provided shirts
  • Clear growth pathway — advancement opportunities into team leadership or management, including potential placements at Escapology venues across the country

Compensation & Benefits
