We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly organized, an expert communicator and trainer, and can handle pressure in a fast-paced and fun environment.

General Responsibilities:

  • Organize all store operations and delegate responsibilities to staff
  • Proactively manage the store to meet and report performance metrics
  • Lead and develop a team, effectively building strong relationships with each teammate
  • Responsible for team building, scheduling, performance management, retention, and staff development
  • Maintain operations by initiating and coordinating policies and procedures
  • Basic financial understanding
  • Cultivate and maintain a healthy team culture
  • Keep knowledge and understanding of market trends
  • Ability to perform all branch job functions – general manager, front desk, game master, marketing, design, and sales.
  • Training in Marketing, Sales, & Design Team

Pay Rate: $70,400/year

Bonus Eligibility: Up to 20% annually

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant business experience, preferably in management
  • Comfortable with learning new computer applications
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
