Job Summary:

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to play a hands-on support role for the CEO's personal and household priorities. This role handles running errands, caring for pets, maintaining vehicles, keeping the office stocked and organized, and supporting personal and office events. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving between a variety of tasks throughout the day with minimal direction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Run personal errands on behalf of the CEO and household, including shopping, pickups, drop-offs, returns, and deliveries.
  • Source and purchase requested items — groceries, household supplies, gifts, clothing, and specialty items — accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage multiple errand runs per week, planning routes and timing to maximize efficiency.
  • Keep receipts, document purchases, and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Transport pets to and from veterinary appointments or grooming as needed.
  • Schedule and take personal vehicles in for routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, detailing, and inspections.
  • Coordinate repairs with dealerships or service shops; obtain estimates, communicate status updates, and arrange loaner vehicles as needed.
  • Maintain the office kitchen, including stocking the refrigerator, pantry, and beverage station with requested items.
  • Monitor and proactively replenish snacks, drinks, coffee, and office sundries before they run low.
  • Keep shared spaces tidy and organized throughout the day; coordinate with cleaning vendors as needed.
  • Prepare light meals for the CEO.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of internal office events, team lunches, celebrations, and recognition moments.
  • Maintain a flexible, can-do approach to shifting priorities throughout the day.
  • Handle tasks with discretion and respect for the CEO's personal privacy and preferences.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in a personal assistant, household manager, concierge, or similar support role
  • Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record; must be comfortable driving the CEO's personal vehicles
  • Comfortable around dogs and able to provide attentive, responsible pet care.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and errands in a single day
  • Reliable, punctual, and highly responsive — this role requires someone who follows through without reminders
  • Basic cooking and meal prep ability; comfort preparing simple, healthy lunches
  • Positive, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Certificates and/or Licenses:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Physical or Other Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Work Environment:

  • On-site at the office location.

Travel Requirements:
