About the Role:
Be Well In-Home Care is looking for compassionate and experienced Caregivers, Nursing Assistants, and Medical Assistants to join our growing team in Surprise, AZ! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by delivering personalized, high-quality care right in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
  • Monitor and record patient vitals, health changes, and daily progress
  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
  • Administer medications and support medication management as permitted by certification
  • Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errand assistance
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care coordinators
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or Medical Assistant required
  • Valid CNA, MA, or relevant certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of in-home care, patient safety, and infection control practices
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
