The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S.
ERP Account Manager/Sales Representative
Location: Chicago, IL
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experienced ERP Software Sales professional responsible for representing Acumatica across the Southeast market, with a primary focus on mid‑market organizations.
  • Cover a defined Southeast territory, identifying and engaging target prospects aligned to Acumatica’s ideal customer profile
  • Lead the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and deal closure
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, relationship referrals, association involvement, and publisher relationships
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and lead evaluations for software expansions as customer needs evolve
  • Partner closely with presales, implementation, and leadership teams to ensure accurate solution scoping and a seamless handoff
  • Carry annual revenue and unit goal
  • Maintain accurate, timely opportunity and forecast data within the CRM
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and Acumatica product developments
Education, Experience and Skills:
  • 5–7 years of experience selling B2B ERP software, with a strong track record of success
  • Demonstrated quota achievement in a commission‑based sales role
  • Experience selling complex, consultative solutions, such as ERP, SaaS platforms, or financial systems, ideally within construction, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
  • Proven ability to conduct effective needs analysis and discovery to align solutions with business objectives
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing capabilities across multi‑stakeholder buying groups
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with executives, finance leaders, and operational decision‑makers
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management, follow‑up, and pipeline discipline
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, as needed
  • Eastern Time Zone (ET) preferred
