Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Microsoft ERP & Dynamics Platform to lead the global strategy, roadmap, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft ERP platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central.

Reporting to the Global Director, IT Strategy and M&A, this role will partner closely with business executives, process owners, IT leadership, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure Microsoft ERP platforms support global business operations, scalability, standardization, and transformation priorities.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based onsite at our Mississauga, ON office.

What Youโ€™ll Do

ยท Own and lead the global Microsoft ERP roadmap for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central.

ยท Lead ERP application support, enhancement prioritization, governance, release planning, and continuous improvement.

ยท Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, and other business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.

ยท Manage internal and external ERP resources, including vendors, implementation partners, and support teams.

ยท Oversee configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-go-live support.

ยท Support global ERP rollouts, upgrades, business process standardization, and transformation initiatives.

ยท Ensure ERP platforms align with enterprise architecture, security, data governance, integration, and business process standards.

ยท Establish and manage ERP support models, service levels, escalation processes, platform performance measures, and vendor accountability.

ยท Provide executive-level updates on roadmap progress, risks, delivery timelines, resource needs, vendor performance, and support priorities.

ยท Identify opportunities to improve system adoption, reduce manual work, optimize workflows, and increase business value from ERP investments.

What You Bring

ยท Proven experience leading Microsoft ERP platforms, ideally Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Business Central.

ยท Strong understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, and related business functions.

ยท Experience managing ERP roadmaps, application support, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, testing, and release cycles.

ยท Demonstrated experience working with senior business stakeholders, IT leadership, vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams.

ยท Strong knowledge of ERP governance, process standardization, data quality, security, and enterprise architecture principles.

ยท Experience leading teams and managing external partners or delivery resources.

ยท Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

ยท Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable ERP solutions.

ยท Experience supporting global ERP environments or multi-site business operations is considered an asset.

ยท Experience in manufacturing, building products, distribution, or industrial environments is considered an asset.

ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
