Job Summary:
AccuWeather is searching for an ERP & Business Systems Manager to join its Finance team. This role is responsible for leading the administration, optimization, governance, and strategic development of AccuWeatherโ€™s enterprise resource planning and business systems environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead the administration, configuration, optimization, and governance of AccuWeatherโ€™s ERP environment.
โ€ข Serve as the primary owner for ERP-related business processes, system enhancements, user access, permissions, workflows, reporting, integrations, testing, and documentation.
โ€ข Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, HR, and other departments to ensure ERP functionality supports current and future business needs.
โ€ข Oversee ERP-related issue resolution, release management, system upgrades, enhancement requests, and vendor support.
โ€ข Ensure ERP processes support key business functions including procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, budgeting, forecasting, billing, procurement, approvals, and financial reporting.
โ€ข Develop and maintain ERP standards, documentation, controls, workflows, and governance procedures.
โ€ข Partner with business leaders to evaluate system needs, improve workflows, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.
โ€ข 7+ years of experience in ERP administration, business systems management, business applications, or related IT/business systems roles.
โ€ข Experience administering or supporting ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems.
โ€ข Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Procurement, Sales, HR, and Reporting.
โ€ข Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or post-implementation optimization initiatives.
โ€ข Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
โ€ข Experience with system integrations, workflow automation, reporting tools, dashboards, permissions, roles, and data governance.
โ€ข Strong analytical skills with a process improvement and problem-solving mindset.
โ€ข Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
โ€ข Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
