Job Description

Cricut is seeking a strategic and business-focused Senior ERP Manager to lead the evolution and operational excellence of its SAP S/4HANA Cloud ecosystem. This role will drive ERP transformation through strong business partnerships, AI-enabled innovation, and scalable SAP architecture aligned with Clean Core principles.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Clean Core principles, SAP BTP, Joule/Joule Studio, Business Data Cloud, and enterprise ERP delivery. This leader will partner closely with Finance, Operations, E-Commerce, Customer Care, and Sales teams to enable business growth, process simplification, automation, and data-driven decision making.

This role requires a balance of strategic leadership, hands-on ERP program execution, strong stakeholder engagement, and operational management across global ERP initiatives.

Business Partnership & Strategy

  • Serve as the primary IT partner for Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, and Fulfillment teams.
  • Align ERP strategy and roadmap with business priorities and operational goals.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and AI-enabled innovation using SAP Joule, Joule Studio, and SAP BTP.
  • Lead executive stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and governance discussions.

ERP Transformation & Program Leadership

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud initiatives including enhancements, upgrades, quarterly releases, integrations, and transformation programs.
  • Drive Clean Core adoption and scalable extension strategies leveraging SAP BTP.
  • Manage ERP project portfolios including scope, timelines, budgets, vendors, risks, and delivery execution.
  • Ensure successful integration across Warehouse & Logistics, Manufacturing, eCommerce, CRM, and third-party systems.

SAP Platform & Functional Leadership

  • Oversee operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
  • Lead adoption of SAP AI, Business Data Cloud, Fiori, analytics, and intelligent automation capabilities.
  • Ensure regular SAP release upgrades, testing, change management, and business readiness.
  • Provide strong functional leadership across:
    • Sales & Distribution (SD)
    • Materials Management (MM)
    • Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
    • Production Planning (PP)
    • Warehouse & Logistics integrations

Team Leadership & Governance

  • Lead and mentor internal ERP teams, consultants, and managed service partners.
  • Establish operational KPIs, support SLAs, release governance, and delivery standards.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, cybersecurity, audit, and enterprise governance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of ERP experience with 5+ years leading SAP environments and enterprise programs.
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and Clean Core architecture.
  • Knowledge of SAP AI capabilities including Joule and Joule Studio.
  • Understanding of SAP Business Data Cloud and enterprise analytics strategy.
  • Strong functional expertise in SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, and Warehouse & Logistics integrations.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale ERP transformation and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Preferred

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud and/or SAP BTP certifications.
  • Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, or supply chain environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile and product-oriented delivery models.
