In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

Required Skill and Experience
Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
Experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Experience in SAP Material Management and Inventory Management Skills
Strong in S4HANA SAP Material Management and Inventory Management, experience in configuring and customizing the processes of Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Requirement Planning, Variant Configuration, Valuation, Inventory Management, IS Auto specific processes like JIT , S2L and Kanban, EWM Inbound, EWM Outbound, Internal Warehousing processes, RF scanner usage, PPF processing.
Should have done minimum 1 S4 HANA greenfield end to end Implementation
Knowledge on WRICEF, EDI, Idoc, Batch processing in MM and EWM
MM Integration knowledge on sales, Finance, production, SCM(APO) modules.
Knowledge on RF Scanning Devices.
Experience/expertise of MM and EWM integration points with SD, PP, and FI/CO
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Fluency in English.
Travel to client warehouses for 4 weeks at a stretch to support
• SAP product certifications are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.

• Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience with project management
• High Impact communication with senior stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
