 What you’ll build

As part of SAP’s Enterprise Architecture team, you will lead customers through their digital transformation journeys — from strategy to execution. You’ll help shape their NorthStar Enterprise Architecture, guide clean core adoption, and translate architectural visions into tangible outcomes through SAP solutions, including the Business Technology Platform (BTP).

You will:

  • Advise customers on future-proofing their IT landscapes, helping them simplify, modernize, and accelerate innovation.
  • Collaboratively develop a capability/application as-is and target the enterprise architecture model based on SAP’s reference industry architecture
  • Drive the Clean Core imperative by reducing complexity, consolidating systems, and streamlining processes.
  • Enable organizations to realize the full value of SAP BTP through integration, extensibility, and process optimization.
  • Advise and drive AI capability Adoption across the customer organization
  • Act as a trusted advisor across business and IT functions, helping customers align technology decisions with strategic business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and consumption of customers cloud subscriptions
 What you bring

You are a seasoned professional who combines deep technical expertise with business acumen and a genuine empathy for customers.

Must-have:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., Program Manager, Architect, Customer Engagement, Customer Advisory).
  • SAP implementation, transformation experience as a consultant, program director or internal IT .
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise business transformations through large-scale application delivery.
  • Demonstrated S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge through active transformation projects.
  • Ability to operate in large and complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in English, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across IT and business.
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages is mandatory required: Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese, Hebrew, or Greek. 
  • Ability to operate in large and complex organizations with multiple stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience using SAP LeanIX and Signavio to document architectures and business processes.
  • Familiarity with both cloud SAP solutions.
  • BTP Certifications (Integration Suite, SAP Build).
  • Professional Certifications such as SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework (LeanIX EAM), SAP Certified Professional–Enterprise Architect (P_SAPEA_2023), or TOGAF.
