We are seeking a skilledERP Operations & Manufacturing Consultantwith a strong technical and process-driven background to support the design and implementation of operational workflows within our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations and can translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the operations and manufacturing workstreams during ERP implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Analyze clients' operational processesincluding production, planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and qualityto recommend optimized workflows and best practices
  • Configure ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Master Data/BoM, MRP, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Shop Floor Control
  • Develop future-state process designs, functional specifications, and standard operating procedures
  • Support data migration efforts, including cleansing, transformation, and validation of operational data (e.g., BoMs, routings, inventory)
  • Work closely with project team to ensure seamless integration between operations, finance, and sales
  • Conduct user training for planners, buyers, production managers, warehouse teams, and quality personnel
  • Provide post-go-live support to resolve operational or system issues and ensure adoption of new processes
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in system configuration and implementation methodology
  • Advise clients on manufacturing best practices, production optimization, Lean concepts, and operational KPIs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline (required)
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, production planning, or operational process improvement
  • 2+ years of ERP functional experience (Odoo, Acumatica, IFS, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows such as make-to-order, make-to-stock, configure-to-order, and discrete/process manufacturing
  • Experience with BoM structures, routings, MRP, capacity planning, and inventory control
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to map business processes to system capabilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a consulting environment or on ERP implementation projects
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with production scheduling or advanced planning tools
  • Understanding of shop floor data collection, barcode systems, or MES integrations
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, data modeling, or technical tools used in operational analysis
