Hope Springs Psychiatric Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, adapting your therapeutic approaches as needed to meet diverse client needs.
• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, weaknesses, and therapeutic goals.
• Formulating and implementing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Documenting client progress and treatment interventions accurately and promptly in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Our client population encompasses individuals of all ages dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns. You'll work with a diverse array of clients, from children to older adults, supporting them through their unique experiences and fostering resilience through tailored therapeutic interventions.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A full and unrestricted license to practice independently as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be highly regarded:

• Experience providing telehealth services, especially in a remote work setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to enhance service delivery.
• A background in trauma-informed care or working with diverse populations.

Hope Springs Psychiatric Center offers a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, based on your caseload and professional experience. Additional benefits include:
