Dynamic is a high-accountability, low-ego workplace. We take our work and commitments seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.

At Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, we give electronics their next best life while protecting our planet and our customers' interests. As a Certified Great Place to Work® since 2017, we've built a team culture that's rewarding, engaging, and FUN! But don't just take our word for it—see what our Team Members have to say.

???? How We Hire: The Head, Heart, and Briefcase

We believe great performance comes from alignment across three areas:

  • ????Head – your natural behavioral drives and cognitive agility (measured by our Predictive Index assessment)
  • ❤️Heart – your values, passions, and what drives you to make a meaningful impact
  • ????Briefcase – your experiences, skills, and results from past roles

Every step of our process is designed to understand you in all three areas. It's how we ensure the best mutual fit, not just for what you can do, but for how you'll thrive here long-term.

???? Total Cash Compensation (Base + Bi-Annual Incentive): $125,000 - $195,000

 Benefits Include:

  • Comprehensive health benefits starting the first of the month following hire
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Quarterly incentive opportunity
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays

???? Your Purpose

Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is looking for a technology leader who can connect enterprise architecture, business strategy, and disciplined execution.

As our Director of Enterprise Architecture & Platforms, you'll shape how the systems supporting our growing, multi-site business fit together, evolve, and scale. You'll lead the strategy and performance of our core enterprise platforms, establish architecture and integration standards, and help business leaders make thoughtful technology investment decisions.

This is both a strategic and operational leadership role. You'll build the future-state roadmap while ensuring today's ERP, CRM, integrations, and critical business applications remain reliable, secure, and effective.

???? What You'll Do

  • Define and execute a forward-looking enterprise architecture strategy that supports business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage the ERP and CRM platform roadmaps, balancing strategic evolution with day-to-day performance, enhancement, and user adoption.
  • Oversee integration development and standards, ensuring secure, efficient data flow across systems and reducing technical debt.
  • Manage vendors and contracts, negotiating performance, SLAs, and costs to maximize system reliability and value.
  • Direct and support a team of developers and analysts.
  • Implement and maintain governance frameworks for system changes, integrations, and data quality in alignment with Security & Policy requirements.
  • Act as a business liaison with key leaders to assess the effectiveness of core systems, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure application performance and support meet business needs.
  • Partner with the Executive Vice President, Digital Transformation & Technology to translate business strategy into executable technology initiatives and guide prioritization of enterprise platforms.

???? What You Bring (Briefcase)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, integration, and platform leadership.
  • Proven success with ERP/CRM ecosystems, vendor management, and leading cross-functional technical teams.
  • Preferred: Experience in ITAD, recycling, or manufacturing environments; experience leading large-scale migrations.

???? Skills & Abilities (Head)

  • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, integration technologies, and data governance.
  • Skilled in technology road mapping, vendor management, system design, and strategic communication.
  • Ability to balance tactical execution with long-term strategy.
  • Natural influencer who can coach, mentor, and align teams toward shared goals.
  • Strategic thinker who sees the big picture while driving measurable outcomes.

❤️ Who You Are (Heart)

You bring structure without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, but you do it with curiosity and respect. You can move between an architecture conversation, an operational problem, a vendor negotiation, and a leadership discussion without losing sight of the larger business objective.

You develop capable teams, communicate clearly, and make thoughtful tradeoffs between speed, scalability, cost, risk, and maintainability. Just as importantly, you're willing to roll up your sleeves when the situation calls for it.

???? Why You'll Love Working Here

???? Purpose with Impact: Help give electronics their "next best life" while protecting the planet
???? Award-Winning Culture: We put people first as a Certified Great Place to Work® since 2017
????Executive Influence: Shape long-term enterprise strategy with your executive peers

???? Transform at Scale: Lead the modernization of technology, data, and AI through growth
???? Build Something Lasting: Dynamic is privately owned without PE – our focus is long-term, sustainable growth, and you'll help us build a foundation to enable decades of success
