  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical leads, SMEs, and business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Continuous Learning: Develop skills in ERP architecture, Oracle APEX, and other Oracle Cloud Platform tools through project involvement and self-study.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues logically.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for technology, curiosity to learn ERP systems, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Oracle APEX.
  • Basic understanding of Financials or Supply Chain ERP modules.
  • Experience with Integrations, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or data transformation tools.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within cross-functional environments.
