Functional Support & Business Analysis
• Modules : Oversee and support core Sage 500 modules across Financials (GL, AP, AR, and Bank Applications/Cash Management), Distribution (Sales Order, Purchase Order), and Manufacturing (MRP, Work Orders)
• Workflows : Analyze, design, and streamline end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles, ensuring tight integration with cash reconciliation processes
• Manufacturing : Deep dive into manufacturing workflows, managing routing, bill of materials (BOM), work order processing, and material requirements planning (MRP) efficiency
• User Support : Act as the primary functional point of contact to troubleshoot user issues, reconcile module discrepancies, and conduct training sessions.
Technical Skills
• ERP Software: Strong, hands-on technical and functional experience specifically with Sage 500 (formerly MAS 500).
• Database: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, query optimization, database design).
• Programming: Proven experience in VB.NET or C# .NET (specifically for Sage 500 customization/SDK environment).
• Reporting: Expert-level knowledge of Crystal Reports for generating both operational and financial documents.
