Overview

We are hiring an ERP Systems Analyst to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. In this role, you'll serve as a key technical resource responsible for ERP operations, integrations, system monitoring, upgrades, data protection, and end-user support. You'll partner closely with business stakeholders to understand workflows, implement system enhancements, and ensure reliable performance across critical business applications.
What you'll do
• Analyze business and user requirements, design solutions, and implement ERP system enhancements and change requests.
• Monitor and maintain ERP applications and integrations, including job processing, system performance, upgrades, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide advanced Tier 3 technical support by diagnosing and resolving application, system, and job-related issues that impact business operations.
• Collaborate with department leaders and end users to evaluate workflows, improve processes, and support informed business decisions.
• Develop reporting requirements and partner with report developers to deliver operational, regulatory, and business intelligence reporting solutions.
Who you are
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or related technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their relationship to ERP applications and system operations.
• Experience with application support, system troubleshooting, integrations, upgrades, and end-user support.
• Healthcare experience within a multi-hospital system is preferred.
• Professional certification, licensure, or registration related to your field is preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP applications, hardware environments, and foundational AIX/Unix functionality is a plus.
