As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based rehabilitation interventions tailored to address the specific needs of each patient.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service by fostering strong relationships with patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs to promote continued progress outside the clinic.
• Meet or exceed utilization goals and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.

You will work with a diverse clientele, treating individuals across multiple specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases. Each session allows you to impact the lives of patients, assisting them through various stages of recovery—from initial pain management to functional rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited program.
• A valid physical therapy license in the State of Florida.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficient communication skills to effectively convey information to patients and collaborate with teammates.

While a minimum of experience is required, candidates with background in outpatient therapy settings or specialized patient populations may have a competitive advantage.
