Highly skilled and experienced PM2 to provide MS Project scheduling services for IE/ME Project and sub-projects.

Required skills and experience:

  • Develop and maintain fully loaded MS Project schedules for very large projects (5000+ tasks).
  • Monitoring and reporting on resource allocation
  • Over/under allocation forecasting and reporting
  • Monitor and report on progress of all tasks -- e.g., ahead of schedule, on schedule, forecasted to be late, behind schedule
  • Good communication skills -- verbal and written
  • Attention to detail

MS Project certifications preferred.

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least four years or equivalent of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. The ONE IE and ME Project will enhance Oregonians' experience with current eligibility determination processes by integrating state benefit programs into a single IT system. With DHS benefit programs (Non-MAGI Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and ERDC) and OHA ONE program (MAGI Medicaid) accessed via one online portal, Oregonians will be able to go to a single source to apply for DHS/OHA benefits, report changes and upload documents in the same system the agencies will be using to determine eligibility and issue benefits.
