An ER Physician Assistant (Emergency Room Physician Assistant) is a licensed healthcare professional who works under the supervision of physicians to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care in emergency settings. They assess patients, order and interpret tests, perform procedures, and assist in the management of acute medical conditions. ER Physician Assistants play a vital role in delivering fast and effective care to patients experiencing urgent or life-threatening situations. Their responsibilities may include suturing wounds, administering medications, and assisting in resuscitation efforts.
