Location: West Palm Beach, Florida (Onsite)

Ideal Candidate

A strong ER nursing leader with proven management experience, capable of overseeing clinical and administrative operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate brings handsโ€‘on emergency room leadership, strong operational skills, and the ability to manage both patient care delivery and emergency preparedness programs.

The Director of Nursing โ€“ Emergency Room is responsible for the overall clinical and administrative leadership of Patient Care Services within the ER. This includes ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care delivery, compliance with regulatory standards, and oversight of emergency management programs to maintain disaster readiness.

  • Strong knowledge of hospital operations, patient care standards, and compliance
