Director of Behavioral Health, RN, BSN, MSN, needed for facility in beautiful Florida.

Director ย directs and evaluates patient care activities occurring within theย mental health facility.ย ย Organization is a facility that serves the acute care psychiatric needs of adults aged 18 or above that includes young adults and geriatric patients.

The director must have the ability to lead and motivate professional and ancillary staff to develop their practice, knowledge and skill base, while coordinating with other members of the health care team to ensure quality patient care. Extensive knowledge in Baker Act law and EMTALA regulations and other state and federal laws.
Qualifications:
MSN
BLS, CPI
5 years mental health management experience as Director or Manager.ย  Must have strong experience with all age population ages 18 years or above which includes young adults and geriatric patients.
