Job Summary:
As a Trading Services Analyst within our team, you will be responsible for performing control reconciliations to verify trade positions, investigating settlement issues, and supporting process re-engineering and automation initiatives. You will collaborate with colleagues across the front, middle, and back office to ensure seamless trade processing and operational efficiency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to new initiatives, participate in system enhancements, and help shape the future of our trading services.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Upload market data to various risk management systems
  • Perform reconciliations against market sources to ensure data accuracy
  • Conduct control reconciliations to verify trading positions across front, middle, and back office functions
  • Investigate and resolve queries related to settlements and confirmations
  • Complete operations projects and ad hoc requests to support new initiatives and technology enhancements, including new system implementations

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Strong logical and analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvements
  • Understanding of process flows and system linkages, with a focus on identifying opportunities for streamlining
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work from 8 am to 5 pm

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Economics or Industrial Engineering preferred)
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry, particularly in operations roles
  • Demonstrated ability to support process re-engineering and automation initiatives
  • Experience working with risk management systems and trade reconciliation processes
