Position Summary We are looking for an experienced professional to join Carlyle's Long-Term Incentives (LTI) team, supporting the firm's carried interest programs, which are a key component of long-term incentives at Carlyle. This is a highly analytical role at the intersection of private equity, executive compensation, finance, tax, legal, and technology. You'll help manage Carlyle's global carried interest and equity programs while partnering with stakeholders across HR, Legal, Tax, Fund Management, Partnership Accounting, and Technology to support complex compensation structures and strategic initiatives. In-Office Requirement: 4 days per week Primary Responsibilities Manage carried interest and long-term incentive allocations across global investment funds. Analyze complex financial, compensation, and fund data to support business decisions. Build and review sophisticated Excel models, schedules, and reporting for senior leadership. Partner with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Fund Management, and Technology teams to resolve complex data and operational challenges. Support new fund launches, legal entity structures, and carried interest administration. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhancements to reporting tools. Lead cross-functional projects, troubleshoot data issues, and mentor junior team members. Responsible for review of data entry and other inputs in source systems and offline deliverables, ensuring data integrity throughout. Requirements Education Bachelors degree required. Concentration in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred. Professional Experience 5โ€“8+ years in financial services, equity compensation, private equity, finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced Excel proficiency with experience managing complex datasets and building analytical models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights for senior leaders. Detail-oriented with an auditor's mindset and a firm commitment to data accuracy. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, cross-functional approach. Comfortable adopting new systems to enhance reporting and operational efficiency. Exercises sound judgment and discretion when handling highly confidential information. Benefits/Compensation The compensation range for this role is specific to Washington, DC and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $125,00 to $135,000. In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance and disability, paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits and various wellness programs. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
