Job description

Greece Central School District welcomes stakeholders who can collaborate with other staff to ensure that our policies, regulations, practices, programs and services promote equity, inclusion, and diversity.
Salary: Professional Rate per GTA Contract
Bargaining Unit (click here for contracts): GTA
Report Times: 7:00 - 6:00 (80 hours per diem)
Work Year: 2025-2026
Supervisor: Kelly Giudice
Minimum Requirements: 
A minimum of three years of experience, with demonstrated success, in meeting and exceeding performance standards related to the support of  education programs and staff
Desired Qualifications:

Position Summary/Responsibilities: 
Key Responsibilities
Conduct observations of KidsCare staff in the before/after school settings.
Provide individualized coaching and actionable feedback to staff.
Offer professional support to improve  strategies and outcomes.
Serve as a mentor and resource for staff development and continuous improvement.
