The Job:

As a Equity Compensation Administrator, Strategic Sourcing, you'll be part of our Corporate Treasury team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to:

  • Administer equity compensation programs, including processing grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate records of equity awards and transactions in internal systems and with external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, tax laws, and company policies related to equity compensation.
  • Prepare and review equity-related disclosures for financial statements and proxy filings.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity awards, vesting schedules, and tax implications.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of equity compensation processes.
  • Generate reports and conduct analysis on equity compensation data to support management decision-making.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of equity compensation communications and training materials for employees.
  • Support annual and quarterly reporting, audits, and other compliance activities related to equity plans.

  • Familiarity with equity administration platforms (e.g., Merrill Lynch & Computershare) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.

The Salary range for this position is $51,700.00 - $83,300.00
