JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Humanities department is seeking a positive, supportive, and dynamic Communications Instructor to teach a diverse community of learners. Preference will be given to candidates who are committed to student success, equity, inclusion and the use of the classroom/lab experience to enhance workplace understanding and performance.

Responsible for teaching full range of Communication courses within our Humanities and English Program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


Master's degree in the discipline or in a related discipline with a minimum 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline.

Compensation: $580 per Equivalent Credit Hours (ECH)


May include day, evening and/or weekend classes and will involve travel to other campuses.
A teaching demonstration is required as part of the interview process.
Hiring process includes passing a background check.
