Skanska is seeking an experienced and strategic Equipment Superintendent to lead, optimize, and elevate our equipment management operations across heavy civil construction projects. In this role, you will take ownership of equipment readiness, utilization, maintenance strategies, compliance, cost control, and team leadership - ensuring the equipment portfolio performs safely, reliably, and efficiently to support project success and company goals. This position requires strong technical knowledge, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive process improvements across multiple project sites.

Project Manager Requiredย  Qualifications:

      • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred.

      • Minimum of 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction equipment management, fleet operations, or related fields with demonstrated leadership.

      • Strong technical understanding of heavy construction equipment, maintenance planning, and utilization strategies.

      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

      • Proven track record of team leadership, cost control, and continuous improvement execution.

      • Proficiency with fleet software systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

      • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel between project sites as needed.
