Job description

Equipment Superintendent โ€“ Heavy Civil Construction

Location: So Cal California | Full-Time

We are seeking a hands-on Equipment Superintendent to manage our heavy equipment fleet, California shop, and equipment supporting active heavy civil construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, inspections, and utilization
  • Manage shop operations and mechanics
  • Coordinate equipment needs, mobilization, and allocation to projects
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, operators, and vendors
  • Ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and production-ready

Qualifications

  • Heavy civil construction equipment experience
  • Equipment, Fleet, or Shop Management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repair
  • Hands-on leadership and troubleshooting skills
