Overview
Quinn Rental is Hiring: Inside Sales Representative for LA County (Bilingual - Spanish Required)
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for planning and managing an assigned territory efficiently and profitably, driving market growth, and supporting the branch's business objectives. This role partners closely with Outside Sales and plays a key role in building and maintaining a diverse customer base.
Fluency in Spanish is required due to the customer base.
Wages
This position is hourly plus commission. $22.00 - $25.00
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
  • Negotiate pricing on equipment rentals and contractor supplies within pricing guidelines.
  • Accurately use company computer systems for reservations, quotes, rental and sales contracts, and phone logs.
  • Educate customers on proper and safe equipment use.
  • Demonstrate equipment and assist with loading and unloading as needed.
  • Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns with the branch dispatcher.
  • Generate and communicate new business leads to Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Perform warm calls on lost or dormant accounts to retain business.
  • Dispatch delivery trucks and manage customer delivery expectations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom.
  • Collaborate with branch staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Sales experience preferred, ideally in equipment rental or construction.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with urgency and accuracy.

Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college and/or two to three years industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record.
