Equipment Rental Operations & Sales Associate 

Elsinore Valley Rentals, Inc. is seeking a motivated team member who wants to build a long-term career in equipment rental operations, contractor relationships, and sales leadership. We are looking for someone interested in building a career in the equipment rental industry and growing with our company.
This role begins in the equipment yard, where team members learn our equipment, safety standards, and daily operations. Employees who demonstrate a strong grasp of yard operations, equipment knowledge, and customer interaction can quickly transition into counter sales and customer service roles, with continued opportunities for growth into leadership and management positions.
Yard → Counter Sales → Outside Sales → Leadership Path
Phase 1 – Yard Operations
Learn the foundation of the rental business.
Responsibilities include:
  • Equipment check-in and check-out inspections
  • Cleaning, fueling, and preparing equipment for rent
  • Loading and unloading equipment safely
  • Maintaining an organized and safe yard
  • Supporting mechanics and service operations

Employees who demonstrate a strong grasp of yard operations, equipment knowledge, and customer interaction can quickly transition into counter sales and customer service roles, followed by opportunities to develop contractor relationships through outside sales and jobsite visits. High-performing team members will have continued opportunities for growth into leadership and management positions.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting customers in selecting the right equipment for their projects
  • Writing rental contracts and processing transactions
  • Explaining safe equipment operation
  • Recommending attachments, accessories, and related rentals
  • Coordinating with yard staff to fulfill customer orders efficiently

Phase 3 – Leadership Path
