Premium Oilfield Technologies is looking for a highly organized Equipment Planner to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving logistical challenges, and like coordinating multiple priorities, this is an opportunity to play a critical role in supporting oilfield operations.

As an Equipment Planner, you'll be the connection between Operations, the Repair Shop, Inventory, Shipping, and our customersโ€”ensuring equipment is available, repaired, tested, and delivered on time. Every day brings a new challenge, making this an exciting role for someone who enjoys planning, problem-solving, and working with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate equipment loadouts to support customer operations.
  • Schedule incoming equipment for inspection, repair, and rebuilding.
  • Balance shop capacity with customer demand.
  • Track equipment from receipt through repair, testing, and shipment.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, Inventory, Shipping, and Shop teams.
  • Forecast equipment needs and identify potential shortages.
  • Maintain accurate equipment status within the ERP system.
  • Help ensure customers receive the right equipmentโ€”on time, every time.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in equipment planning, logistics, oilfield operations, or repair coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of oilfield rental equipment is a plus.
