The OFE Business Manager is responsible for the development and implantation of OFE strategy as it aligns with FTI business and project requirements to achieve service and profitability while limiting risk. This position will be the primary contact for establishing and maintaining the process to support OFE in various forms from panels / switchgear, busway, transformers or other items that FTI accepts as a part of integrating or producing a product.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.A / B.S / B.B.A) in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement required

Experience: 5-7 years relevant industry experience required

Travel: 30%

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Schedule may vary and can include, but is not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates extensively with Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager &/or equivalent, Operations, Production Planning & Procurement to confirm day to day requirements are being met from OFE deliveries by supplier per Excellerate location to meet the production schedule.
  • Supports order management, as needed, within System of Record (ERP) related to OFE from master data requirements from suppliers, order updates and management within ERP for the proper receipt and usage by material specification by OFE supplier.
  • Manages the timely resolution of issues, including the escalation of issuesthat are outside of the project team's scope of responsibility.
  • Demonstrates an approachable and collaborative interpersonal working style; able to work with others and effectively influence those they lead as well as those with whom they collaborate.
  • Identifies and proactively manages project risks and issues, ensure execution of corrective action plans.
  • Leads internal and external quality meetings.
  • Escalates as necessary with Operational leaders &/or Excellerate Switchgear Program Mgr. any issues and collaboration in solutions and resolutions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to plan for, complete, and implement assignments and responsibilities in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrates and leads the acceptance of company culture and an adoption of professional standards, acting as a "functional ambassador" for FTI's core values.
  • Defines work to be done; clearly communicates vision, objectives, and helps to prioritize
  • tasks to appropriate individuals. Delegates tasks to appropriate parties; clearly communicates needs and expectations.
  • Measures and monitors the work of individual direct reports and/or collective team/taskforce team(s). Coaches and motivates direct reports/appropriate individuals to effectively perform; removes barriers to success and provides timely feedback, necessary resources, and open communications.
  • Develops relationships with cross functional leaders within procurement and outside of procurement, customers, and others through open dialogue and trust.
  • Prepares, documents, and delivers direct report annual performance reviews.
  • Ensures team members' professional development plans are in place and progressing.
  • Works with Talent for team member recognition and/or corrective actions.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned by the organization.
