Your Role

You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks, adhering to company policies. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our custom industrial machinery and equipment.

Hours: 1:30pm-10:30pmย 

Overtime may be required, extended shifts and occasional Saturdays.ย 

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on custom industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Follow all company policies and safety protocols strictly to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Perform maintenance tasks independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on various equipment and systems, including electrical components and pneumatics.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, ensuring all logs are up-to-date.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide efficient solutions to minimize downtime and operational disruption.
  • Work closely with other departments and team members to support overall facility operations and improvements.

Skills/Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role preferred; candidates with relevant experience outside this range will be evaluated individually.
  • Preferred: Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic diagnosis and repair capability
  • Proficient with Windows-based computer systems, including troubleshooting, software installation, and system configuration.
  • Programming & CMMS familiarity is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills..
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions.

Pay Range: $30-32/Hour

*Base salary only. Salary is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location.
