This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing service, warehouse, dispatch, fleet, and operational activities while ensuring exceptional customer service, regulatory compliance, and team performance. The General Manager plays a critical role in supporting patients, healthcare providers, hospices, nursing facilities, and other care partners by leading a team that delivers essential medical equipment safely, efficiently, and compassionately.
