Job description
As a Digital Business Development Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and advancing Epsilon's presence to U.S. businesses to which you are assigned. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities while supporting overall growth.
In this role, you'll bring to bear your sales competence and expertise to meet aggressive sales goals and deliver meaningful results. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, you'll collaborate across teams including Legal, Product, and Marketing to identify qualified prospects, craft optimal Epsilon solutions, present, negotiate and close new business deals that meet client objectives and sales goals.
This position provides an opportunity to grow into a senior sales position by building relationships with mid-to-senior level decision-makers, achieving measurable sales targets, and gaining exposure to innovative data products. You'll enhance your career through mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on experience in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

Who You Are
- Sales experience with a track record of success in digital media, martech, or agency services.

- Solid knowledge of Ad Tech and digital media: the landscape, customer needs, and how Epsilon's suite of products can deliver on those needs.

 Compensation Range: USD $80,000.00 - USD $120,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
