Daily Schedule : 7 AM - 5 PM; Monday -Thursday; weekends and overtime, as needed

Job Description: The Customer Service Specialist position at WEG Coatings is varied and challenging. The individual we are looking for will work directly with customers and the Sales team to ensure all customer needs are being met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, and motivated to take ownership of processes, drive improvements, and contribute to the continued development of overall processes.
Specific tasks include:

  • Manage customers' orders and communicate to internal personnel regarding customer needs and order status
  • Process daily invoicing of customer orders
  • Market research and intelligence on industry trends
  • Assist Sales Manager in servicing customer demands
  • Answer phones and greeting guests
  • Assist in other areas as needed
