Job description

Denali Concrete Coatings is looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our growing team. We install premium epoxy, polyaspartic, overlay, and polished concrete floor coating systems for residential and commercial customers throughout the La Crosse area. Pay $20–$28 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Grinding and prepping concrete surfaces with walk behind and hand grinders.
  • Install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems.
  •  Repair cracks and damaged concrete. Maintain a clean and organized job site.
  •  Operate and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
  •  Construction experience preferred, but not required.
  •  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  •  Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  •  Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
